The Central Bank of Nigeria 's letter to the USPTO dated January 21 2022, objecting to the trademark registration of "eNaira", contains defamatory innuendo directly harmful to eNaira Payment Solutions Ltd.

Beyond asserting statutory rights over the "Naira", the CBN referenced another company's failed blackmail for CBN to pay huge somes of money and by association, linked eNaira payment solutions to extortionate conduct.

By transmitting this misrepresentation to a US Federal  Agency, CBN deliberately  injured ENPSL's reputation, interfering with its global fintech relationships and causing quantifiable commercial harm.

Below is the letter referenced by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
