The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, has appointed Dr Sam Amadi and 9 others from various parts of the country with diverse expertise to advise him on electricity development in the state.
The council according to Prof. Kenneth Kalu, Secretary to the State Government, christened the Abia State Advisory Council on Electricity are Dr. Sam Amadi - Chairman, Engr. Ikechukwu Monday - Co-Chairman, Engr. Kachy Etolue - Secretary.
Other members are Dr. Abdussalam Yusuf, Engr. Vincent Ozuode, Engr. Tasiu Wudil as well as Emeka Onyegbule, Engr. David Eichie, Dr. Joy Oti and Dr. Ivie Ehanmo - Member
